Oren Elkayam, Chairman, Managing Director, Co-Founder - Oren brings vast experience in strategic business, having initiated & negotiated contracts with leading corporations such as Mitsubishi Elec., Alcatel-Lucent, Nortel, ZyXEL, STMicroelectronics, Motorola, etc. Drove revenues at Runcom from zero to $24M, eventually leading to an acquisition proposal exceeding $100 Million.

Yossi Segal
Yossi led the design & development of three mobile IC’s & eight wireless broadband systems. He held a leading role & voting member in international wireless standards: IEEE (USA), ETSI (Europe). Mr. Segal has invented & registered essential Patents for OFDM/A technology widely used in variety of wireless solutions worldwide.

Campbell McComb
Mr McComb has over 20 years’ experience in funds management and investment banking and has overseen the development of numerous businesses. He has significant investment experience across equity securities, venture capital and private equity. Mr McComb is currently the Managing Director of Auctus (ASX: AVC), a listed Alternative Investment Management business

Jon Brett
Jon Brett has extensive experience in the areas of management, operations , finance and corporate advisory. Jon was an executive director of Investec Wentworth Private Equity. Jon has served as the managing director of a number of publicly listed companies, including Techway Limited which pioneered internet banking in Australia. Jon is an experienced non-executive director and served as a non-executive director on Vocus Group Limited and was an integral part in helping Vocus grow from a small cap ASX company to an ASX 100 company. He served as the non-executive deputy president of the National Roads and Motoring Association and has been Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committees for a number of different ASX listed companies.
Richard Baker
Richard has extensive experience as a Company Secretary and CFO of listed and unlisted companies including mining and emerging industries. Prior to his company secretarial roles he spent many years in client focused corporate consulting roles. His expertise obtained over a 30 year career is in establishing effective governance in both listed and unlisted companies, financial management and reporting, corporate compliance and the capital raising and ASX listing processes. He is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Certified Practising Accountant with CPA Australia.

Founder and Managing Director of Mertons Corporate Services. A former company secretary of Top 50 ASX listed companies Transurban Group and Australian Foundation Investment Company Limited. Works with boards of directors in the areas of corporate governance, administration and company secretarial.

Mr. Friedman has held executive positions at top communication companies. He co-founded the ECI Telecom Optical Division and was the CEO and President of NASDAQ-traded company, Alvarion. In both companies he served as a driving force behind their revenues of hundreds of millions of dollars and market share leadership. Mr. Friedman has broad experience in merger’s and acquisitions, joint ventures and working in developed and developing markets.

Offer Herman
Offer is a senior sales executive with more than 20 years of delivering revenue in highly competitive markets in the telecommunication industry. Offer has held various senior positions in sales and marketing at several high tech companies in Israel. He has led a variety of sales and marketing initiatives in EMEA, Asia and the Americas. Prior to joining Mobilicom, Offer has held several executive-level sales positions at Fiberzone and RIT, where he was responsible for leading several multi-million dollar deals with the world’s largest carriers and enterprises.

Boaz Pick
Boaz brings with him over twenty years of executive experience in operation, supply chain and engineering in leading global companies. In his previous positions, Boaz served as Sr. Director of global manufacturing engineering at VeriFone Systems, Inc., VP Operations and Supply Chain at EPOS and VP Operations and Supply Chain at VCON Telecommunications Ltd. Boaz holds a B.Sc. degree in in Electronic Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.

Ofer Laufer
Ofer brings 25 years of experience in rapidly growing hi-tech enterprises. He served as the General Manager of Friendly Robotics for 10 years. Under his leadership the company grew 7X both in sales and production units, developed many new robotic models, IOT infrastructure and an APP, as well as expanded R&D capacity 3X. Ofer also managed several OEM deals and oversaw a successful acquisition. Previous to that, Ofer led Operations in several companies, including Powerpaper, Alvarion and Avaya; in that capacity he established production sites in China, the Philippines and Ireland, transferred new technologies into mass production, improved quality, productivity and production excellence, as well as built highly effective teams. Ofer is an Electronic Engineer and has an MBA from the Hebrew University.

Sigal Russo
Ms. Russo brings with her over 15 years of vast experience as a CPA and and background in publicly-traded companies. She has an extensive knowledge in financial modelling and forecasting, IPO procedures, and a track record of improving fiscal performance, productivity, and internal controls. Most recently, Ms. Russo served as CFO of OWC Pharmaceutical Research Corp. (OTCQB: OWCP), a pharmaceutical company, where she was in charge of all non-R&D aspects of managing business, Prior to her tenure at OWCP she was a Senior Director of Finance of Rosetta Genomics Ltd. (NASDAQ: ROSG), a molecular diagnostics company, where she was responsible for all finances aspects, and reported to the Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Russo served in various roles at Rosetta Genomics since 2008. Prior to her tenure at Rosetta Genomics, Ms. Russo was an audit manager at Ernst & Young in Israel, specializing in audits of companies from various fields, both publicly traded and privately owned American and Israeli entities, from 2004 to 2008. Ms. Russo holds a BA in Economics and Accounting, from the Ruppin Academic College.
